Do Not Be Deceived By Unfair Bank Charges

A bank charge is a rate or fee charged by banks to clients who have made bank transactions with them. However, a client could be charged with unwarranted charges if he could miss payments of his banking obligations or that he could issue bounced checks. Bank clients have the right to reclaimbank charges if they have all the bank statements that indicate the fees they were charged for. It is necessary to hire a budgetary advisor to help you with your claim. He will help you to create the claim and compute how much you will be getting as refunds. If the bank refuses to look into your request, you can refer to the Financial Ombudsman for this office has the authority to command the bank to give what is due to their clients.

If you have been a victim of unfair bank charging or that if you have incurred unfair bank charges, you should consider filing a claim to get the complete refund of your payments. Remember however that this has to be done legally. A claim is most likely to be granted if it will be processed within 6 years immediately after you have known that you have additional charges in your statement of account. If you really believe that what you have are bank charges that are beyond that which is stipulated in terms and conditions you have signed up for, file a claim and make a list of the bank charges that were added to your account for six 6 years. Gather all your documents in all of your bank transactions.
